No, you don’t. At Agile Clinic, we have an in-house Board-Certified Rehabilitation Physician. Our doctor will conduct a thorough assessment, diagnose the root cause of your pain, and create a detailed treatment plan before you begin physiotherapy. However, if you have existing medical records or X-ray films from a hospital, please bring them along to assist with your diagnosis.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your journey begins with a comprehensive initial assessment by our specialist physician to ensure an accurate diagnosis. From there, the doctor collaborates closely with your physiotherapist to design a personalized care plan. You will immediately begin your treatment using our equipment and receive expert advice on self-care and posture to start your recovery right away.
How long does a treatment session take?
Your initial visit typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for a thorough diagnosis, treatment planning, and your first therapy session. Subsequent follow-up sessions usually take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your personalized plan.
Can I use my health insurance to cover the treatment?
Yes. Because Agile Clinic is registered as a medical clinic (Specialized Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic), our treatments meet the reimbursement criteria for most health insurance providers. We will issue the necessary medical certificates and official documents you need to process your claim.
